Join us on Monday May 5 from 7:30-9:00pm at Chabichou Fine Foods (196 Borden Street in Harbord Village) as we explore the wines and cheeses of the Jura and Savoie regions of France. Led by sommelier Igal Amsallem of Ambiance Vins and Chabichou cheese master Charles Bougouin, these classes are limited to 20 people so you get personal attention as well as good sample sizes. The wines to be sampled include:
- Côtes du Jura
- Roussette de Savoie
These will be paired with fine cheeses from both regions. A mystery wine and cheese will be also featured.
In addition, an assortment of charcuteries will be offered as well as baskets of freshly sliced baguettes. There will also be a bonus mystery wine and cheese to discover. But hurry and reserve your seats, because they are going fast!
